You asked, we listened…Join us for a GIST Fermentation Workshop!!!! In this workshop, we will be discussing all the benefits of vegetable lactic-acid fermentation!!! You’ll also learn how to ferment ANY vegetable both safely and deliciously! What you’ll need to bring: washed and cut or chopped vegetables of your choice (enough to fit a 16 oz jar). We will provide the jars/lids, salt, and some herbs and spices. Cost is $45 per person. Included in the price is a beverage of your choice (glass of wine or NA option such as kombucha).
