With our roots as a neighborhood fermentation bar and gathering space, we saw first-hand how good food and wine and great company can transform lives. We're applying what we've learned from the fermentation bar and bringing that knowledge to our community in Sioux Falls, SD.

Today, we're exploring new wines and new experiences that support our vision for a more diverse palate, home, neighborhood, and world.
